What is it about Chaos that brings out the extra awesome (and sort of disturbing) in gamers? After declaring that they weren’t a fan of the original model, Wilhel Miniatuers has done a spectacular job of converting a Foetid Bloat Drone up into a disease laden, mutant monstrosity.

Continuing on with the chaos theme is Madhouse Society’s Death Gueard Leviathan Dreadnought. From the OSL on the plasma cannon to the wear and tear on the miniatures, there is a lot of work that has gone into creating this miniature.

I have been watching Rory’s progress with building and painting the Scorpion Defiler. Rory follows the Changer of Ways and his Tzeentch force for use in 8th edition has come along brilliantly. It’s well worth reading through all the previous posts to see how his army comes together.

This has been Obscuring the Astronomican, where I randomly review blog posts that highlight some of the amazing hobbyists out there and I encourage you to check them out.
